A little piece for Mother
This is the best I have read this month.

Fascinating to read of the inspiration for this book.
Extremely well written. I could visualise it in pictures. Would make a very interesting movie.

It is about the Kalimsky family: Jewish immigrants from Poland struggles to settle in London after the second world war.
Martina the daughter has to endure the mental health issues of her Mother who had a set of numbers tattooed on her arm not knowing what really was  behind her Mothers unacceptable reaction to things. This creates havoc for this little family and all is revealed as you read your way through this book.

The Father is a brick of a man who supports his wife to the end. It explores how difficult it is for people to move on after the  most horrific experiences.
